1. The BimFlow service
BimFlow is a booking workflow for appointment-based service businesses. It helps a business publish a booking page, receive booking requests, show direct-payment instructions, collect private payment proof, and manage booking follow-up.
A confirmed account may publish its booking page after the minimum setup and required legal acceptance, without an invitation or manual approval. BimFlow may suspend or end access to protect people, businesses, data, or infrastructure.
2. Accounts and authorized use
- A person may create an account without an invitation. Only the verified account owner can complete that owner's setup; self-serve publication does not grant platform-admin access.
- The business must provide accurate business, service, price, deposit, contact, and policy information and keep it current.
- Account credentials must be protected and suspected unauthorized access must be reported promptly through the founder-approved support channel.
- The service must not be used for unlawful, regulated, high-risk, deceptive, abusive, rights-infringing, or unsafe activity, or to collect unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Bookings and direct payments
A customer booking request is not a confirmed appointment until the service business approves it. Customers pay the service business directly using the payment method the business displays. BimFlow does not hold, receive, process, settle, or control booking money and is not the merchant of record for payments between a business and its customer.
The business is solely responsible for reviewing payment proof, confirming or rejecting a request, delivering its services, and handling prices, taxes, receipts, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and customer communications under its displayed policies. See the Direct Payment Disclosure for the customer-facing payment boundary.
4. Business responsibilities
The participating business agrees to:
- use accurate prices in the business-selected currency, availability, deposit instructions, and policies;
- review uploaded payment proof manually before confirming a booking;
- respond to booking requests and customer issues within its stated practices;
- use customer data only for legitimate booking and service purposes;
- report security, privacy, data-loss, or service incidents promptly;
- honor customer-facing booking, cancellation, refund, and payment policies; and
- avoid uploading prohibited or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Availability and changes
BimFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Maintenance, provider incidents, security events, or review outcomes may cause temporary suspension. BimFlow may change features where reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes through the available service or support channel.
6. Suspension and ending access
BimFlow may suspend access for security or privacy risk, suspected cross-business exposure, unsafe data loss, unlawful use, a prohibited sector, missing or outdated legal acceptance, inadequate support capacity, or a material breach of these terms. The business remains responsible for its customer communications and payment obligations after access is paused.
7. Publication status
This launch document records an exact version identifier and is approved by the BimFlow founder for production publication. It is not represented as attorney-reviewed, regulatory- approved, or legal advice. Future changes require a new version and renewed acceptance where required.
