Founder-approved launch document — not attorney, regulatory, or legal-counsel review.

Version 2026-09-13-self-serve · Published 2026-09-13 · Status: founder approved

What customers should know

  • Payment is made directly to the service business using its displayed method.
  • BimFlow does not hold, receive, process, settle, or control the booking money and is not merchant of record for the business/customer payment.
  • An uploaded screenshot or document is payment proof for the service business to review; it is not verification or approval by BimFlow.
  • A booking request is not confirmed until the service business reviews it and approves the request.
  • The service business controls refunds, cancellations, charge questions, and payment disputes under the policy displayed on its booking page.

If there is a payment problem

Contact the service business using the contact information on its booking page or booking receipt. The business—not BimFlow—can verify whether money was received and decide the appropriate refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or dispute outcome under its policy.

Privacy reminder

Upload only the minimum proof the business asks for. Do not upload passwords, PINs, full card details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information. Payment proofs are intended to remain private and available only through controlled booking-recovery and authorized business access.
