1. Retired access program
These terms governed BimFlow's former invitation and controlled-activation program. That program has ended. New confirmed owners use the current Terms of Use and Privacy Notice and may publish a business through the self-serve setup without administrator approval.
2. Free eight-week beta
This historical version created no subscription invoice, setup invoice, recurring charge, card mandate, automatic renewal, or cancellation fee. It does not promise any future paid price or discount.
The former program could be paused or ended for safety, legal, operational, or product reasons. Those historical controls do not apply to normal self-serve publication.
3. Included onboarding scope
- assisted setup for one business location and one primary owner account;
- one configured booking page and up to 15 active services;
- service pricing, deposit-instruction, and policy-template assistance;
- dashboard orientation, basic training, and first-booking assistance; and
- support during the coverage hours provided during onboarding.
The beta does not include custom software development, bespoke provider integrations, guaranteed feature requests, or guaranteed uninterrupted availability.
4. Participant expectations
- use BimFlow with real booking requests and share the approved booking link;
- make a reasonable effort to submit at least five booking requests during the beta;
- review payment proof manually and confirm or reject booking requests;
- use accurate customer-facing policies and direct-payment instructions;
- report problems and suspected security or privacy incidents promptly;
- protect credentials and avoid unnecessary sensitive information; and
- participate in scheduled feedback sessions.
A positive testimonial is never required. Any testimonial must be voluntary, truthful, and separately approved for use.
5. Direct customer payments
Participating businesses may collect deposits directly through their approved payment methods. BimFlow does not hold booking money, is not merchant of record for these payments, and does not charge a percentage of customer deposits. The business reviews payment proof and controls confirmation, cancellation, refund, and dispute decisions under its displayed policy.
6. Safety and stop conditions
New onboarding must pause after suspected cross-business exposure, an exposed production secret, unauthorized proof access, destructive or unexplained data loss, critical recovery failure, repeated authentication or proof-upload outages, unsafe cleanup backlog, missing legal documents, inadequate support capacity, prohibited activity, or a founder or incident commander stop decision. Active use may also be suspended when needed to protect people, businesses, data, or infrastructure. Restart requires documented remediation and explicit founder approval.
7. Founder approval status
This document records retired early-access rules and its exact historical version. It is retained for audit continuity and does not claim attorney, regulatory, or legal-counsel review. It is not a current access or publication requirement.
