Does BimFlow process my customers' payments?
No. Your customer pays your business directly — BiMPay, WiPay, bank transfer, or cash. BimFlow tracks whether a deposit was requested, uploaded, and confirmed by you.
Do I need BiMPay to use BimFlow?
No. BimFlow is BiMPay-ready, but you can accept bank transfer, WiPay, cash, or any local method. You choose which methods appear on your booking page.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your BimFlow booking page is your website. Share the link on WhatsApp, Instagram, and business cards.
Do I need a business WhatsApp number?
Your regular WhatsApp works. BimFlow generates prefilled messages you send — nothing is auto-sent on your behalf.
Do customers need an account?
No. Customers just open your link, pick a service, and complete their booking. No signup, no app.
How does proof of payment work?
Customers upload a screenshot or PDF of their transfer. You review it in the dashboard and confirm the booking with one tap.
Can I publish without adding services first?
Yes. Your booking page can go live with a professional setup message while you add services from your dashboard.
Do I need approval before my booking page goes live?
No. Confirm your email, accept the current Terms and Privacy Notice, and complete the required business details. No invitation or manual activation is required.
Which currencies are supported?
You can configure BBD, JMD, TTD, GYD, BSD, XCD, or USD. BimFlow displays the currency you select and does not perform currency conversion.
Is uninterrupted availability guaranteed?
No. Service may be paused for maintenance, security, recovery, provider, legal, or operational reasons as described in the Terms of Use.
